_{Gosh, I can't believe this year is almost over! It's been almost a year since I've started reading Homestuck and to think of all the HS cosplays I've done this year... Geez! Too many! Gotta say though, it's been a blast! I really loved Meenah the minute she came in and I knew I needed to cosplay her. (I just have a thing for seadwellers I guess! Haha) This cosplay was actually super spur of the moment but it was completely worth it!

How did you make the armsock so good? did you photoshop some things out? just wondering. u v u

Nope, no photoshop! (Contrary to some people's beliefs...) I just did my best to sew as neatly and as tightly as I could so it fit snugly on my fingers. If you look closely, you can still see the seams, which is obviously, unavoidable. A lot of it has to do with the way I was posing in the photo. It makes it difficult to see the seams.

This wouldn't happen to be the "Soi Fong" wig from FashionCos.com, would it? If its is, do you like it? I've been considering buying it, but have so far restrained myself because I couldn't find any photos from people who had bought it.

Actually, it's an Arda-wigs Jett and some of their wefts I sewed together and attached to the wig! I did look up the wig you were talking about and it looks like a pretty nice one! Especially for Meenah.
